After the 7.0-magnitude earthquake in Lushan, Sichuan, Hunan Yaheng Tengfei promptly joined the earthquake relief efforts. Following the establishment of the Lushan Earthquake Emergency Command by the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Sichuan Province, Yaheng Tengfei and other enterprises actively responded, participating in the construction of prefab container house.
On April 21, the Department organized a meeting for the construction of prefab container house, inviting willing companies to participate. Yaheng Tengfei and three other enterprises were selected based on their capabilities and disaster relief performance to be responsible for the construction. Sichuan Xingwang Supervision Company was assigned to lead the supervision of the construction.
Yaheng Tengfei was mainly responsible for constructing prefab container house for schools and hospitals, meeting high ventilation, lighting, and quality requirements for these critical population centers.
Through scientific management, Yaheng Tengfei and other enterprises effectively controlled construction costs and improved the quality of prefab container house construction. The Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Sichuan Province also released technical guidelines to further standardize the construction and acceptance criteria.
In the region with heavy rainfall in Ya'an, the construction of prefab container house faced obstacles. Yaheng Tengfei and other enterprises persevered in challenging conditions, overcoming difficulties, and ensuring the progress of construction. Through collaborative efforts, including professionals in supervision, contract cost, quality safety, and more, the quality and speed of prefab container house construction were guaranteed.
