In addition to standard sizes, non-standard customised designs such as 9.14m in length and 2.438m  in width are also available to meet diversified needs.

The standard dimensions of a packaged container house are 6058mm (length); 2438mm (width); 2800mm (height). For specific projects, customized services are available, allowing for wider or longer non-standard modules, such as 3000mm in width, 9125mm, or 12192mm in length. While maintaining reliable product quality, opting for non-standard dimensions may incur higher manufacturing and transportation costs, resulting in an increased overall price.

Install the second layer of container body.

Install longitudinal and transverse joint cover plates on the second-floor roof.

Install column top caps.

Install corridor stairs, railings, canopies, and edge fasteners.

Apply weather-resistant adhesive to external joints of container corners.

Connect external power sources.

Completion of the assembly process.

Office packaged container houses offer seismic resistance up to level 8, wind resistance up to level 8, with a lifespan of over 15 years under reasonable use. They can be disassembled and reassembled over 10 times, promoting sustainable and environmentally friendly practices. The walls, equipped with rock wool strips, maintain excellent thermal insulation, fire resistance, and windproof properties, ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment. Installation is efficient, requiring only 4 people and 3 hours for a single container; alternatively, whole containers can be shipped and immediately installed on-site after connecting utilities. The walls are highly adaptable, allowing for the incorporation of glass curtain walls. Simple foundation requirements include options for strip foundations, squat foundations, or even no foundation, directly placed on the ground.
